⭐☆☆☆☆ Not welcoming at all. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt cold and unprofessional. I asked for help several times, but the staff showed no interest and acted as if they didn’t care. Their product knowledge was very poor, and it left me feeling uncomfortable throughout the visit. Customer service should make you feel valued, but here it was the opposite. Very disappointing. Staff training is badly needed if they want to keep customers coming back.
